Shipping
Shipping for all software and hardware items is free within Singapore unless specifically indicated. We use Speedpost courier or local delivery service provided by Singapore Post. For items to be shipped outside of Singapore, Speedpost Worldwide Courier service is used. For premium service (enhanced tracking capabilities and shorter delivery times), you can also choose DHL service. Tracking information will be sent to the customer if/when available.

Returns
Computer software and content titles are not returnable. For hardware items, if the unit is dead-on-arrival, customer needs to contact us at support@brooklyn-media.com to obtain a return authorization number (RTN#). Upon our staff ascertaining that the unit is DOA, and issue of RTN#, merchandise must be returned with 15 days. Cost of shipping for returns is to be borne by the customer. Replacement will be sent upon receipt of the returned merchandise via expedited shipping.
